Namuai spent three decades voicing ukuleles and guitars by hand for players across Korea, China, and Japan. For the past two years, that same workshop has been studying generative AI — and is now opening an affordable AI music video service for musicians at home and abroad.
국내외 뮤지션을 위한 AI 뮤직비디오 제작 서비스 — 2년간의 연구 끝에 시작합니다.
Namuai began as a small ukulele workshop, hand-fitting Sapele bodies and rosewood fingerboards for players just starting out. The brief was always the same: a warm, forgiving voice that rewards practice.
As the shop grew, distributors across Korea, China, and Japan carried the instruments abroad, and the catalog widened into guitars and player-grade signature builds — solid cedar tops, installed pickups, tone built for the stage rather than the practice room.
The workshop is quieter now than it once was, but the standard hasn't moved: an instrument isn't finished until it's been played and re-tuned by hand.

Two voicings, one philosophy — a soundboard should meet the player where they are, not the other way around.
A real stage, not just a workshop. Namuai Live Hall puts bands, musicians, and fans in the same room — full stage, lighting, and a 30kW PA with surround sound, standing room for 200 or seating for 130.

Namuai's instruments were never made in isolation from China — parts, materials, and factories have run through that pipeline since the beginning. Namuai now operates that pipeline as its own service: Air Zzhazang (짜장항공), a purchasing and shipping agent bridging Chinese marketplaces and Korean buyers.
It's the same thread running through everything Namuai does: instruments sourced and shipped between Korea and China, a stage in Incheon where musicians from either side can play, and now, an AI studio built to work with artists on both ends of that exchange.
A luthier listens for the moment a string stops fighting the soundboard and starts working with it. After two years spent tuning that same instinct on generative models, Namuai now produces music videos for artists — built around the singer's real face and real voice, at a fraction of a traditional shoot's cost and timeline.
For musicians in Korea and abroad who want a real music video without a full production budget — a single reference photo set and your track is enough to start.
Send a few reference photos and your track — Namuai will scope an AI music video and quote turnaround. Korean and English both welcome.
National distributors and retail partners are always welcome — custom instrument builds are made to spec.
